(English) Waqas Ayub Baig is an Information Communication and Technology (ICT) expert, who holds degrees in the field of Project Management, Software Engineering, and Information Technology. He has over 20 years of work experience, which revolves around design and implementation of million dollars donor and Government funded IT projects. He had work on  key management positions in different reputed national and international organizations such as National Logistic Cell (NLC), Planning Commission of Pakistan and Federal Ministry of Information Technology & Telecom, Govt. of the Pakistan. He remained an integral part of public organizations and led the IT departments as Manager IT Monitoring & Evaluation Cell / CM Punjab Monitoring Force, Director (PMO) Electronic Government Directorate, Ministry of Information Technology, Government of Pakistan.
