Aleem’s expertise spans the end-to-end management of complex projects, including the design and implementation of Randomized Controlled Trials (RCTs) to enhance educational outcomes, and developing M&E frameworks using tools like Power BI, MAXQDA, and Excel. His role in projects has often included leading cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization through methodologies such as Earned Value Management (EVM), and managing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies. His efforts have driven improvements in program efficiency, data accuracy, and policy alignment, enabling sustainable socio-economic progress in underserved regions.
Aleem’s work includes designing tailored interventions in education and socio-economic development, leading data analysis projects, and overseeing large-scale field operations.
