During the meeting, the status of decisions made during the recent World Bank Support Mission was discussed. The chair appreciated the dedication of implementing agencies to uphold compliance and also commended the efforts of Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD), School Education Department (SED) and Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) towards the achievement of deliverables.
The financial status of the PHCIP was also a focal point of discussion, revealing promising developments. It was noted that the PHCIP team is on track to meet expenditure goals for the current financial year, indicating effective financial management.
Furthermore, respective program managers presented the progress of project components. The chair expressed satisfaction with wing heads for their hard work and advised them to maintain the current pace to ensure continued success.
