Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) and Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) Additional Director Field Operations Zaheer Khan and Communication Specialist Ali Mazhar visited the Muslim Kot Health Centre (24-hour services to be available soon) accompanied by the DFP Bhakkar.

They discussed the concerns of the Lady Health Visitors (LHVs) in a meeting while the team answered various questions regarding payments under the Aaghosh Program and observed the difficulties of LHVs with the EMR App.

LHVs were also informed that the HBL Konnect wallet account can be opened without a verification SMS, by visiting the nearest HBL centre.

Moving forward, PHCIP & PSPA team observed the knowledge of the clinical staff about PHCIP and the Aaghosh Program in a brief session. Team also examined the maintenance work, medicines and monitoring of their timely supply, and human resource work shifts in a day considering the Health Centre will be operating 24/7.

Concluding the visit, Director Field Operations Zaheer Khan and Communication Specialist Ali Mazhar observed the installed IEC materials. While visiting Adda Jahan Khan, they also observed the distance between health centres and HBL Konnect points.
