The World Bank Delegation led by Mr. Sohail Abbasi had two days visit to review the progress of Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP).

There was a detailed discussion in the presence of senior officials of PHCIP on Internal Audit, Procurements and Financial Management system, hiring of Payment Service Provider along with the design, current status and scope of ERP.

Moreover, the disbursement and utilization of budget since the inception of PHCIP and projections for remaining period of the project, the yearly physical targets and achievements were presented along with the annual work plan for FY 2023-24 & 2024-25. The World Bank delegation gave satisfactory remarks on the PHCIP’s progress.
