On the second day of the World Bank’s Implementation Support Mission for the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP), the health component team gave a comprehensive briefing on Aaghosh (health & nutrition conditional cash transfer). In addition to this, PHCIP’s school education component team gave a briefing on the challenges of Early Childhood Care and Education (Bunyad). Both the health and education component teams also shared their financial and physical progress reports, along with updates on key decisions made during the previous World Bank Review Mission.

An efficient communication roll-out plan for both present and future beneficiaries of the Aaghosh program was discussed to maximize program outreach and impact.
