Zaheer Uddin Khan

Zaheer Khan is a Social Protection Specialist with expertise and experience in design, planning and implementation of Social Protection Programs including cash transfers, livelihood and disaster risk reduction. He has implemented surveys for both government and non-government organizations, assessments and project evaluations. He has proven experience in building sustainable partnerships with national and international development organizations, with experience in developing the capacity of officials and civil society representatives at all levels. Mr Zaheer holds an MBA degree in General Management with a focus on Operations from the University of East London, UK. Mr Zaheer has previously served as the World Bank’s Consultant/Advisor while prior to this he had been involved with Benazir Income Support Programme – BISP as the lead National consultant on operational/technical design and planning of National Socioeconomic Survey Registry and its associated functions.
