Under the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP), an initiative of the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA), various activities for the Khud Mukhtar program were organized in 4 Union Councils in Jampur Tehsil of Rajanpur District. These included the formation of community organizations at the local level, registration of the births of children of Khud Mukhtar beneficiaries in the Union Council and meetings with the respective Union Council Secretaries.
At these Union Councils, birth registration of 106 Khud Mukhtar beneficiaries took place, and 219 beneficiaries became part of community organizations. PHCIP’ District Focal Person Irfan Bashir was also present at these activities; he thanked Poverty Graduation Officer Raheel, and the IRM and NRSP project teams for assisting in the registration process.
The Union Council Secretaries appreciated the teams’ hard work and efforts regarding PHCIP’s Aaghosh, Bunyad and Khud Mukhtar programs and assured full support for their success.
