Mr. Ali Shehzad, CEO Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA)/Project Director PHCIP chaired Economic Inclusion progress review meeting with IRM team led by Dr. Roomi Hayat.

The IRM team presented the update on Khud Mukhtar (Economic Inclusion compoent) status. The meeting also covered progress of Khud Mukhtar Package 1(Bahawalpur-Muzaffargarh), Package 2 (Rahim Yar Khan-Rajanpur) and strategy to cover Package 3 (DG Khan-Rajanpur) including Labor Market Readiness Training, Livelihood Investment Plan and timely distribution of productive assets among the beneficiaries.
Mr. Ali Shehzad praised the efforts made so far and stressed the need to accelerate the pace of work to meet the specified targets. Dr. Roomi assured full compliance with the agreed tasks, emphasizing that the quality of training and distribution of productive assets would not be compromised.
