Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) is an initiative of the Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA). Director PHCIP Kashif Saeed visited Bahawalpur & Rahim Yar Khan. Here he visited Basic Health Units and reviewed the services and quality of care being provided. Alongside this, he visited HBL Konnect to observe how the Aaghosh beneficiaries were being given their Conditional Cash Transfers, and also took time to review the quality of productive assets given to the Khud Mukhtar beneficiaries.

During his visit to Tabi Izzat and Jamal Chand Basic Health Units in District Bahawalpur,   he inquired about the progress of the Aaghosh program from Lady Health Visitors and concerned health staff, and observed the procedure of registration of women on the EMR App. He appreciated the efforts of Lady Health Visitors and staff. He also went to the nearest HBL Konnect and discussed the method of amount disbursement with the representative present.

Connecting with beneficiaries in Mouza Bakipur, Bahawalpur, who had received loader rickshaws, jockey machines and cows, Director PHCIP Kashif Saeed met them at their homes and place of business. He gauged the quality of assets given to beneficiaries and also exchanged thoughts with the beneficiaries in this regard. During this visit, District Focal Person Bahawalpur, Muhammad Zain ul Abideen, and Field Officer, Nauman Ashraf, also accompanied him.

During his visit, he also visited District Rahim Yar Khan and met with Khud Mukhtar mentors and beneficiaries at their respective homes. Speaking to them in detail, he learned about the benefits of the Khud Mukhtar program for the recipients. Local field officer Muhammad Hashim Chauhan was also with him on this visit.
