Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP), an initiative of the Punjab Social Protection Authority, and VTT Global (Pvt) Ltd signed a pact for Impact Evaluation Survey. VTT Global Chief Executive Officer Rizwan Shaukat, Director of Monitoring and Evaluation Saqib Mehmood Khan, PHCIP Project Director Tariq Mehmood and other team members attended the ceremony.

Under this pact, VTT Global will organize data collection and a survey in the selected districts of Punjab to collect data about basic facilities available in the households. The purpose of this is to make a complete and wide-ranging analysis so that PHCIP Programs i.e. Bunyad, Khud Mukhtar and Aaghosh are made more effective to uplift the living standards of the people in the developing and resource-deprived localities.

Addressing the attendees, PHCIP Project Director Tariq Mehmood said, “This pact of survey and data collection of households with VTT Global is of high importance because it will help in making PHCIP Programs i.e. Bunyad, Khud Mukhtar and Aaghosh more effective and build a better strategy to provide maximum benefits to the people.”

CEO VTT Global added, “The firm is all set to start the data collection and survey in the selected districts. We aim to reach our goals under the given timeline. This will surely prove beneficial for the future planning and strategy of PHCIP Programs.”
