| گھریلو کوائف نامہ پْر ہو جائے گا۔ تاہم، مستفید ہونے والے کو CNIC حاصل کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ نادرا میں اپنے شجرہ نسب کی تجدید کروانی ہوگی تاکہ وہ BISP سے مستفید ہونے والے گھرانے کے ساتھ اپنارشتہ ثابت کر سکے۔ | اگرکوئی نوجوان جوڑا(بسپ بینفشری)گھرانے میں موجود ہے اور ان کی عمر نکاح نامہ سے تصدیق شدہ ہے لیکن ان کے پاس CNIC نہیں ہے۔ | |
| PHCIPکے تحت BISP کے مستفیدین کو فراہم کی جانے والی ترغیب BISP کی طرف سے فراہم کردہ UCT رقم کے علاوہ ہے تاکہ گھرانوں کو ان کی فلاح و بہبود کی حالت کو بہتر بنانے میں مدد ملے۔ کسی بھی BISP مستفید کو EI پیکیج کی فراہمی کا BISP کی طرف سے مستحقین کو فراہم کردہ UCT گرانٹ پر کوئی اثر نہیں پڑے گا ،جب تک کہ وہ UCT کے لیے BISP کے ہدف/انتخاب کے معیار پر پورا اترتے ہوں۔ | کمیونٹی میں کچھ خدشات ہیں کہ اگر وہ اس پراجیکٹ کے تحت اندراج کراتے ہیں تو BISPکی طرف سے UTCامداد روک دی جائے گی اور انہوں نے معیارپر پورا اترنے کے باوجود اس منصوبے کا حصہ بننے سے فوراً انکار کردیا۔ | |

| What is PHCIP? What effective measures have been taken for education? |
Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) is a 5 years plan, an initiative of the Punjab Government in partnership with two major contributors i.e., the Punjab School Education Department and the World Bank. For the selected districts, the purpose of this 300-million-dollar plan for education, health and social protection is to provide optimum facilities and opportunities for health, education, and financial & societal growth, including the important measures for early childhood care and education (ECCE). The following measures are being taken in 3400 selected schools: • ECCE rooms are being refurbished with the coordination of school council members. • ECCE kits, stationery and standard chairs and carpets are being provided. • Tablets and notes for ECCE teachers. • Books and shelves to develop library corners in the classes ranging from ECCE to third grade. • Training of ECCE teachers, babysitters, teachers of classes 1-3, head-teachers, assistant education officers and council members. |

Currently, over 13,000 schools, located in 36 districts have ECCE classrooms. Furthermore, in 11 different districts, one ECCE classroom in each of the 3400 schools is being added. |
